Daily programme ends when all candidates satisfy the requirements,
including remediation.
The Advanced Trauma Management Course is designed to give candidates
the knowledge and skills to mange seriously injured patients, of
all ages, and to provide them with a methodology in the initial
assessment of the patient.
Each session comprises of :
- A lecture presentation
- A demonstration of the necessary skill
- A scenario based practical where a candidate or two are given
a simulation and are to manage the patient in a specific time,
and their approach and skills are evaluated and remedied.
- A critique session follows
